Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Contract Facility Manager to support the GSA PBS program across federally owned and leased facilities. You will manage daily operations, inspections, and project activities, ensuring compliance with GSA standards and lease terms while coordinating with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in construction project management or portfolio of leased properties.
• Knowledge of architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and fire/life safety systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years relevant management experience; strong multi‑project skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and manage facilities to ensure GSA standards and lease terms.
• Support construction projects: cost estimates, scopes, design reviews, progress tracking, closeout.
• Act as on-site GSA representative for safety, coordination with contractors and tenants.
• Prepare reports, budget tracking, and correspondence for COR signature.
