Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in cloud eng / customer support or DevOps, OR 7+ years in cloud eng / customer support.
• Experience in a technical account management, InfraOps or customer-facing role.
• Experience with customer relationship management, especially with c-level or senior leadership.
• Technical expertise in public cloud computing with architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews on customer public cloud environments across Well-Architected pillars.
• Meet with customers regularly to understand operational needs and offer recommendations.
• Advocate for customers within CDW to ensure excellent experience.
• Use Cloud Management Platforms to show cloud spend and align with budgets.
• Conduct regular ticket reviews with CDW customers.
• Educate customers on technologies and CDW public cloud offerings.
• Communicate alignment of CDW products to customer use cases and gaps.
• Escalation point for Customer Engagement support engineers.
• Hold regular governance sessions with customers.
• Provide support to Billing for questions; explain line items on invoices.
• Stay educated on cloud trends including Azure/AWS/GCP Well-Architected framework.
