Job summary

CDW Technologies, LLC is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own the technical relationship with customers and act as their advocate for public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) best practices. You will understand customer needs, provide guidance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include conducting well-architected reviews, regular governance sessions, and educating customers on CDW and cloud offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years' cloud engineering / customer support or DevOps experience, or 3+ years plus 7+ years combined.
• Experience in technical account management, InfraOps or customer-facing roles.
• Technical expertise in public cloud computing and best practices for AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews on customer public cloud environments across pillars of Well-Architected framework.
• Meet with customers regularly to understand operational needs and provide recommendations.
• Advocate for customers with internal teams to ensure excellent experience.
• Use Cloud Management Platforms to monitor cloud spend and align with budgets.
• Conduct regular reviews of tickets and educate customers on new technologies and services.
