Qualifications

• Two years of frontline customer service in a high-volume setting or an associate degree with related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to enter and verify detailed data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact in most field offices and create a welcoming environment.
• Support daily office operations and frontline infrastructure.
• Assist Oregonians with the online Oregon Eligibility system in person, by phone or email.
• Provide trauma-informed support and assist with financial desk duties if needed.
• Support business functions within the office.
