Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Two years of reception or call center experience with high volume.
• An associate degree in Behavioral or Social Science plus six months of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact in most field offices for Oregonians.
• Support day-to-day office operations.
• Assist Oregonians in person, by phone or email using the Oregon Eligibility system and related programs.
• Provide services through a trauma-informed lens.
• May handle financial duties such as tracking and accounting for actions.
• Support business functions within the office.
