• Strong communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather data for all relevant assistance programs with clients.
• Verify information meets state policies.
• Obtain release forms and medical records as needed.
• Verify income, assets, and other documents.
• Explain regulations and program requirements to clients.
• Utilize automated systems to determine eligibility.
• Enter data into state database.
• Respond to inquiries by phone or email.
