Job summary

The State of Missouri's Family Support Division seeks a Benefit Program Technician to join the Linn County/Brookfield Resource Center at 103 Forest Drive, Brookfield, MO. You will determine initial and continuing eligibility for food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance and interview clients in person and by phone.

This role emphasizes compassionate, non-judgmental service; a high school diploma or equivalent and at least four years of customer service OR a Bachelor's Degree are

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least four years of customer service experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be personable, compassionate and have a non-judgmental attitude.
