Job summary

The State of Missouri's Family Support Division is seeking a Benefit Program Technician for the Linn County/Brookfield Resource Center in Brookfield, MO. You will help Missouri citizens receive food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance to live safe, healthy, and productive lives.

Daily duties include determining initial and continuing eligibility, interviewing clients in person and by telephone, and preparing summaries among other responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least four years of customer service experience OR a Bachelor's Degree.
