Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as a vital customer service contact with the general public in person and via a telephone helpline.
• Advise clients of available assistance and timely process applications/benefits or request further documentation.
• Interviews clients, interprets policies and procedures, and manages a large caseload in a fast-paced environment.
