Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in janitorial, laundry, housekeeping, or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic software.
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work flexible shift including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily public area operations to ensure cleanliness and lodge standards.
• Ensure all public spaces and back-of-house areas are safe, clean, and organized.
• Schedule daily assignments and projects, optimize staffing to maintain cleanliness.
• Provide coaching, encouragement, and recognition to team members.
• Collaborate with leadership on performance management and scheduling.
• Respond to guest/pack concerns and escalate when needed.
• Lead stand-up meetings and monitor staff performance.
