Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound, WA is seeking a Public Area Attendant to clean and maintain resort public spaces, including floors, restrooms, and the waterpark area. The role offers flexible scheduling and immediate start with full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts, paying $18.25 per hour.

You will work with a team to ensure guest areas meet Great Wolf standards, handle MSDS guidelines, and assist with guest requests during busy periods. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, dust, and clean public areas including floors, restrooms, waterpark area, elevators, windows, and doors.
• Ensure elevator areas are free of debris.
• Empty waste receptacles in common areas.
• Read and follow MSDS for chemicals and use them accordingly.
• Report maintenance issues in public areas.
• Operate trash compactor and cardboard baler.
• Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Deliver items to guestrooms as requested and return them to storage as necessary.
• Assist with guestroom cleaning as needed.
