Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and guest-focused service in the lodge's public spaces. The role involves cleaning floors, restrooms, lobby and waterpark areas, and assisting with guestroom tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or Holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Vacuums, dusts, and cleans public areas including floors, carpets, restrooms, waterpark area, elevators, windows, and doors.
• Ensure elevator areas are free of debris.
• Empties waste receptacles in common areas.
• Reads and comprehends material safety data sheets for all chemicals and uses them according to directions.
• Report maintenance issues in public areas.
• Operates trash compactor and cardboard baler.
• Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Deliver items to guestrooms as requested and return them to storage as necessary.
• Assists with guestroom cleaning as needed.
