Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and atmosphere of our resort’s common areas. The role involves cleaning floors, restrooms, the waterpark area, elevators, windows, and doors, and assisting with guestroom duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsabilités

• Vacuums, dusts, and cleans public areas including floors, carpets, restrooms, waterpark area, elevators, windows, and doors.
• Ensure elevator areas are free of debris and dispose of waste in common areas.
• Read and comprehend material safety data sheets for all chemicals and use them accordingly.
• Report maintenance issues in public areas and coordinate with other staff as needed.
• Operate trash compactor and cardboard baler.
• Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Deliver items to guestrooms as requested and return them to storage.
