Qualifications

• Able to meet appearance standards and grooming.
• Able to communicate with guests, housekeepers and supervisors.
• Able to assess required reactions to maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned floors and manage trash, newspapers, and service trays.
• Clean public areas including hallways, elevators and stairwells per procedures.
• Remove linens and trash to designated locations as prescribed.
• Assist section housekeepers with duties (beds, roll-ways, etc.).
• Stock linen and supplies to maintain par levels.
• Address guest requests and report issues in a hospitable manner.
