Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and completes check-in procedures using manual and computer methods.
• Facilitates check-out and closes guest accounts following procedures.
• Calculates and posts monies, receipts, and guest charges accurately.
• Answers inquiries and accepts reservations by phone and in person.
• Maintains guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Operates PBX, schedules wake-up calls and pages guests for service.
• Keeps front desk cash control and adheres to policy.
