Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the soon-to-open Indigo Raleigh in North Carolina. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and provide accurate information to ensure a smooth stay.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing reservations, managing guest charges, and maintaining a welcoming, professional demeanor. Opera Cloud PMS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Front Desk Agent experience in a hotel environment required.
• Fluent in oral and written English; strong cash handling and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists arriving guests with check-in and check-out.
• Handles reservations and inquiries by phone and in person.
• Maintains accurate guest charges and cash handling.
• Provides information on hotel services and local area.
• Responds professionally to guest concerns with courtesy.
