Job summary

City and County of Denver seeks a Communications Lead for the Clerk and Recorder’s Office to manage social media, visual storytelling, and proactive public relations. You’ll craft newsletters, coordinate campaigns, and maintain brand and equity standards.

The role requires a four-year track record in marketing or PR, a Bachelor’s degree, strong design skills, and comfort with media relations. Hybrid work is offered; residency in or near Colorado is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Four (4) years of full-performance marketing/public relations experience.
• Driver’s license at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy and content across agency platforms.
• Develop visuals including infographics and short-form video.
• Draft press releases, media statements, talking points, and pitches.
