Job summary

Lionstone Therapy in Cincinnati, OH seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant for per diem coverage. You will assist the Physical Therapist, facilitate Telehealth, maintain accurate documentation, and support residents’ plans of care under supervision.

You will contribute to quality therapy services, participate in care conferences, and ensure billing accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and facility policies. Ohio licensure and an associate PTA degree are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree PTA from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio PTA license.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in planning and directing therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth services and ensure timely evaluations and notes.
• Maintain billing and ensure notes are completed on the date of service.
• Provide home programs instruction and adaptive equipment guidance.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with safety and infection control.
