Job summary

LionStone Care in Florence, KY seeks a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant to support therapists in delivering compassionate care. The position requires an Associate degree as a PTA and an active PTA license. Per diem shifts offer flexibility, with a pay range of $33.00–$37.00 per hour and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Must possess an Associate degree from an accredited program conferring the title of Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in planning, development, organization, evaluation, and directing of therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth services to ensure evaluations, recertifications, progress notes, and discharges are completed timely.
• Communicate with staff from related departments when planning therapy services.
• Assist in maintaining physical therapy standards of practice.
• Prepare resident for treatment and administer physical therapy per policies and procedures.
• Provide individualized physical therapy services according to the Plan of Care.
