Job summary

LionStone Care in Eaton, OH is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant to support the Physical Therapist in planning and delivering therapy services to residents in our facility.

You will assist with Telehealth evaluations, maintain documentation, participate in care conferences, and help residents achieve their Plan of Care through hands-on treatments and home exercise guidance. This role requires HIPAA compliance and safe, accurate care delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (PTA).
• Current, active license to practice as a PTA in Ohio.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise physical therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in planning and directing therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth services to complete evaluations and notes.
• Maintain documentation for residents receiving physical therapy.
• Ensure billing and coding for therapy services is accurate.
• Provide resident education for home programs and equipment use.
