Job summary

LionStone Care in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant to support the Rehabilitation team. You will assist in planning and delivering therapy services under supervision, and help coordinate Telehealth and in-room care per Plan of Care.

Associates degree required; valid Ohio PTA license; strong documentation and communication skills. Competitive hourly pay and benefits, with student loan repayment assistance through Clasp.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited program conferring the PTA title.
• Ohio PTA license or eligibility to practice in Ohio.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist in planning, development, and evaluation of therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth and ensure timely evaluations, recertifications, progress notes, and discharges.
• Maintain therapy standards and assist in home program instructions for residents and families.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and ensure accurate coding for therapy services.
