Job summary

Lionstone Therapy seeks a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to support Parkinson's, mobility, and rehabilitation programs within a facility setting in Ohio. You will assist the Physical Therapist, document plans of care, and participate in Telehealth evaluations and discharge planning.

You will maintain high standards of infection control, support billing accuracy, and collaborate with staff to optimize resident outcomes. Licensing in Ohio and a PTA degree are required.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Ohio.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret therapy programs.
• Willingness to supervise staff and coordinate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in planning and directing therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth evaluations, recertifications, progress notes, and discharges.
• Communicate with staff and assist in care conferences and discharge planning.
• Prepare and document resident therapy notes and plans of care.
• Ensure accurate coding and billing for therapy services.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
