Lionstone Therapy in Florence, KY is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist Assistant to support the therapy team at Florence Park. You will assist the Physical Therapist with planning, evaluations, and documentation, and help coordinate Telehealth and in-room treatments.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, HIPAA, and timely notes and billing. Requires an Associate degree and an active PTA license and offers flexible per diem scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Associate degree from an accredited program conferring the title of Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in planning, development, organization, evaluation, and directing of Physical therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth services to ensure evaluations, recertifications, progress notes, and discharges are completed timely.
• Assist in communicating with staff from related departments when planning therapy services.
• Maintain departmental policies, procedures, safety, infection control, and documentation for residents receiving physical therapy.
• Ensure that billing for therapy services rendered is coded accurately and notes are completed on the date of service.
