Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Lakeland, FL to provide skilled therapy in SNFs. Work is performed inside dedicated therapy gyms at Valencia Hills and Scott Lake facilities, with a focus on improving safety and independence for residents.

In-house support and modern rehab equipment accompany a competitive pay structure. The role requires Florida PTA licensure (or eligibility); SNF or post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
