Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Lakeland, FL to provide skilled therapy in SNF settings. You will work in the dedicated therapy gyms at Valencia Hills and Scott Lake facilities, helping residents regain function and independence.

Qualified applicants are Florida-licensed PTAs (license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred. We offer a strong benefits package and supportive leadership in a collaborative, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
