Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Florida Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in our SNF facilities in Lakeland, FL. Work inside dedicated therapy gyms at Valencia Hills and Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Centers, helping residents regain function and independence.

The role is full-time, hourly, with a supportive leadership team and modern rehab facilities. Prior SNF or post-acute experience is preferred and Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
