Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team on a PRN basis. This role works within dedicated therapy gyms, delivering skilled PTA services to residents under the guidance of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PTA program and Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, with Net Health knowledge helpful.

• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
