Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in Florida SNF settings, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Provide skilled PTA services in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ function and quality of life.

Work in dedicated therapy gyms inside Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center, with modern facilities and manageable caseloads.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
