Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center, is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for SNF settings in Florida.

You’ll provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and work inside dedicated therapy gyms to help residents regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
