Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licensed in Florida to join our team at Ybor City Tampa Lakes SNF facilities. This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and provides skilled PTA therapy to residents in a dedicated SNF setting.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life, with modern rehab gyms and a supportive leadership culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
