Step Up Rehab is seeking a Florida-licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our SNF team at Tampa Lakes and Ybor City facilities. This full-time role offers an hourly pay rate, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a supportive care-focused environment.

Provide skilled PTA services, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, help residents regain function, and contribute to a positive culture with modern rehab gyms and caseload balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety and function.
• Contribute to quality of life improvements for residents.
