Step Up Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for skilled nursing facilities in Florida, including Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center. This full-time, hourly position features a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive, modern rehab environment.

You will provide PTA services to residents, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
