Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our Skilled Nursing Facility locations in Florida. This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and an on-site role within a dedicated therapy program.

Licensed PTAs will provide skilled therapy services, work with an interdisciplinary team, and support residents in regaining function and independence. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
