Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center in Florida. This full-time role provides skilled therapy within SNFs, focusing on resident safety, independence, and quality of life.

The PTA will work with an interdisciplinary team in dedicated therapy gyms, receiving a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive workload.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
