Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

You will work within dedicated therapy gyms inside Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center, providing PTA-related services and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ safety, function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
