North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, AR is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support Rehab Services. You will implement PT treatment plans under supervision, document responses, and communicate progress promptly to the supervising PT.

The role involves preparing treatment areas, transporting patients, administering modalities and exercises, and monitoring outcomes. Prior PTA experience is preferred; license and BLS are required.

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; commitment to ongoing learning.

Responsabilités

• Provide components of physical therapy interventions under direction of a PT; document responses to treatment; communicate progress to supervising PT.
• Prepare treatment areas; transport patients safely; follow the plan of care and sequence.
• Administer modalities and therapeutic exercises; reinforce proper technique and equipment use.
• Monitor patient responses and progress; report outcomes and suggest progression.
