Job summary

Eastern Star Home and Campus in Oriskany, NY is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role to support rehabilitation for residents, helping improve strength, balance, mobility and daily function under the supervision of a licensed PT.

You will provide treatments, assist with gait training and transfers, document care timely, collaborate with the rehab team, and contribute to a compassionate, resident-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Active New York Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing quality, resident-centered care.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN opportunity at Eastern Star Home and Campus. This flexible position is ideal for a PTA who enjoys hands-on rehabilitation and helping residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and everyday function.

What You'll Do
