Leroy Village Green, located in Leroy, NY, is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.

Competenze

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in STATE, in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized plans of care to reduce pain and improve function.
• Monitor and document resident progress, including strength, mobility, and motor performance.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the Physical Therapist and care team.
