Flagstar Rehab is actively seeking passionate Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team in Skilled Nursing Facilities. We offer flexible schedules, including full-time, part-time, and per diem, with rapid placement and a supportive team.

Expect W2 or 1099 compensation, weekly pay, and access to benefits for eligible roles. The company emphasizes easy onboarding, clear communication, and ongoing recruiter support.

Qualifications

• Current NYS PTA License and Registration.
• Valid BLS Certification.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to SNF patients with TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and related conditions.
• Monitor and document patient progress.

Hourly Compensation:

• W2: $34–$36
• 1099: $38–$40

Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Current NYS PTA License and Registration
• Valid BLS Certification
• EMR Competence
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
• Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress
