Flagstar Rehab is hiring Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility teams in NYC and surrounding areas. You will work within a multidisciplinary group to deliver treatments and educate patients and families to improve function and cognition, in a state-of-the-art SNF environment.

We offer direct employment with our agency or the option to be your own boss as an Independent Contractor.

Qualifications

• Current NYS PTA license and registration required.
• EMR software proficiency required.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with PT Supervisor and follow the established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to SNF patients with varied diagnoses.
• Monitor and document patient progress using EMR software.

Now Staffing Physical Therapist Assistants for Rehab Department in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and Surrounding Areas.

Flagstar Rehab PTAs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform treatments and patient/family education to improve the physicality and cognition of their patients and positively impact their ability to function in their daily lives.

Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099)

Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duties

• Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.

Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
