Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN daytime coverage at The Lilac at Bayview in St. Augustine, FL.

The PTA will work under the supervision of a PT to implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress, with flexible scheduling to fit your life. Ideal candidates have an associate degree and an active PTA license in Florida, plus a preference for applicants with prior PTA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
