Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN daytime work at Morningside Health Services in Sheboygan, WI. The role supports a team of therapists and offers the freedom to tailor schedules around personal life while delivering high-quality care.

Candidates should have an associate degree, an active PTA license, and ideally 1 year of PTA experience. Supervision by a Physical Therapist ensures patient progress and effective home exercise education.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a PT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
