Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN daytime coverage at Lancaster Health Services in Lancaster, WI. Join a team led by therapists who value your clinical voice and prioritize quality patient care.

You will work under supervision of a PT, implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercises and device use. Requirements include an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program and an active Wisconsin PTA license; 1

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
