Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide care on a PRN basis in Hayward, WI. The PTA will implement treatment plans under supervision, document progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and an active state license; 1 year of PTA experience is preferred.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT

• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
