Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team at Mineral Point Health Services in Mineral Point, WI. The PTA will implement treatment plans under a supervising PT, document progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and proper device use.

Eligibility includes an Associate Degree in PTA, an active PTA license in the state, and preference for 1 year of prior PTA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
