Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN team in Orlando, FL. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, implementing individualized treatment plans and supporting patient progress in a flexible schedule.

The role emphasizes clinical voice and mentorship, offering daytime PRN shifts at South Orange Health and Rehabilitation Center. Prior PTA experience is preferred, and we welcome candidates with an active Florida license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered Florida PTA license.
• 1 year PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
