Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN daytime shifts at Heritage Hall Leesburg, Leesburg, VA. The PTA will implement treatment plans under a supervising PT, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and device use.

Candidate should have an Associate Degree in PTA and an active PTA license with at least 1 year of preferred experience. PRN role offers flexible scheduling and team mentorship.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA License required.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
