Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN shifts at Rib Lake Health Services in Rib Lake, WI. You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed PT to support patient care.

This flexible role lets you set daytime PRN hours while remaining part of a collaborative therapy team focused on quality outcomes. Requirements include an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, a current Wisconsin license, and preferred 1 year of experience; you will implement

• Associate degree and Wisconsin PTA license required.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
