Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Roanoke, VA team. The role requires an accredited PTA program, an active PTA license, and prior experience preferred. You will assist in implementing treatment plans under supervision and educating patients on home exercise programs.

The position is part-time with daytime hours at our Roanoke facility, focusing on delivering quality patient care and documenting patient progress to the supervising physical therapist.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
