Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant for our Skyline Park location in White Settlement, TX. This daytime, full-time role works under a supervising PT to deliver individualized treatments and support patient recovery.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in PTA, an active state license, and preferably 1 year of PTA experience. We offer a full benefits package, licensure reimbursement, 401k with company match, life and disability insurance, and

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License is required.
• 1 year of PTA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:
